Regional Visits

~ this page is still under construction ~

During this year of 2016 we are preparing to finish Stages 1 and 2 (out of 4) of language and culture study and are hoping to decide which region we will live in in the future. Every region of Asia-Pacific has needs as all have unreached people groups.

We are aiming to finish Stage 1 at the end of March, after which we would like to make trips to visit 4-5 different regions to help us decide which area we’d like to move to after finishing culture and language studies and getting our work visas. We are also hoping that we can use this time to visit with and encourage missionaries working in Asia-Pacific and to document and share about the field of Asia-Pacific with those back home.

Traveling across this broad island nation involves a lot of planning, so we thought we’d share ways you can pray and get involved as we prepare for this investment in our future roles.

By October ’16 we are hoping to finish Stage 2 of language studies, and are expecting to move to the next region to continue language studies sometime between November ’16 and January ’17.  At this time, we are not sure what region we will be moving to, but we ask you to pray for wisdom and the Lord’s guidance as we prepare to make that decision sometime this year.Screen Shot 2016-01-04 at 12.40.23 PM
