*oops forgot to post this*
Today is Friday, and we can’t believe how quickly this week has gone by. We’ve had such a great time being challenged through the staff here and hanging out with our classmates. Last night we ate mumu (which again, is just a pig and a bunch of other veggies cooked in a pit for 4 hours) by the riverbank and then had a bonfire. All the seniors shared testimonies of their time at New Tribes Bible Institute these past two years which was so encouraging to hear. It’s so good to see how all of our classmates have each grown since we came here. We truly feel like a giant family, and it’s going to be so hard to leave them all.
Uncovering the Mumu
Bonfire and Senior Sharing time
We had free time all Friday afternoon. Mark played a game of volleyball while Lauren was trying to learn how to make sounds using her hands and a piece of grass.
