Wow. Another soup that I love! It was so quick and so easy. Probably took me under 20 minutes to make this…which worked out great since I still need to finish my paper on “the Mystery” and the Church. Mark loves beans and loves soup…so hopefully he’ll like it when he tries it. He gets back from work at ten.
I cut the recipe in half cause I only had one can of black beans. I also used chicken broth instead of cubes cause I had a can opened. Didn’t have any celery or bell peppers either. But it still turned out great!
